  • 简介:TheNineplateaulakesarethoselakeswhoseareasarelargerthan30km2inYunnanprovince.TheselakesareDianchiLake,ErhaiLake,FuxianLake,ChenghaiLake,LuguLake,QiluLake,XingyunLake,YangzonghaiLake,andYilongLake.Thenineplateaulakesareimportantforeconomicdevelopmentandforecologicalsecurity.However,alllakesarefacingdifferentenvironmentalissuessuchaseutrophicationandwaterqualitydegradation.Differentstrategiesshouldbeproposedaccordingtothevariousconditionsofthelakes.Threetypesofprevention,controlandtreatmentstrategieswereproposedbasedonthesuccessionprocess,theecologystages,theeconomicandsocialdevelopment,theeutrophicationstages,thewaterqualities,andthedominantecologicalfunctions.

  • 简介:TheamountofseveralairpollutantsemittedinsomecitiesincludingHangzhou,Ningbo,Huzhou,ShaoxingandJiaxingofZhejiangProvinceisbasedonpollutionsourcecensusdataofZhejiangProvincein2010.ThispaperfocusedonthereleaseofairpollutantssuchasNOx2,SO2,CO,PM2.5,PM10andVOC,andcalculatedthetotalamountofthoseairpollutants.Itanalyzedairpollutantemissionfactorsandfoundthattheelectricityandheatproductionindustryreleasedthelargestamountofpollutants.

  • 简介:Vietnamisacoastalcountryprojectedtobeheavilyaffectedbyclimatechange.BinhThuanProvinceispartofthedriestregionofVietnamandispronetodesertification.AnexpertpanelparticipatedindevelopingaLeopoldmatrixwhichallowedforidentificationofdesertificationimpactfactorsontheprovince’ssocioeconomicactivitiesandassessmentofthestrengthofcause-effectrelationshipsintermsofmagnitudeandimportance.Landuseplanning,surfacewater,andthelengthofthedryseasonareconsideredthemostimportantcauses,withtheoverallhighestscoresforbothmagnitudeandimportanceinthecause-effectrelationship.Thelargesteffectsofthedifferentfactorsareperceivedonwatersupplyforagricultureandhouseholduse.Wateravailabilityandlanduseplanningareimportantremedialactiondomains,whiledroughtandlandcoverrequiremonitoringtoassessimpacts.Theindicatorsofcauseandeffectcanbeusedinalonger-termgeneralmonitoringandassessmentframeworktocombatdesertificationinthearea.

  • 简介:Tenrepresentativelimestonesamples[sixfromWangshanFormation(WL)andtheotherfourfromGouhouFormation(GL)]werecollectedfromoutcropsofthenorthernAnhuiProvince,andREEconcentrationsinlimestoneweremeasuredbyICP-MS.ThedepositionalenvironmentandsourceoftheREEwereanalyzed,andtheresultsimplysthatthetotalREEofsamplesarelowcomparedwiththerecentmarinesediments,whichrangefrom9.61to54.18mg/kgandanaverageof22.93mg/kg.ThePAAS-normalizedREE+Ypatternsoflimestonearecharacterizedby(1)lightREEdepletioninWLandenrichmentinGLwiththevaluesof(Nd/Yb)SNrangingform0.65to0.91and1.12to1.46,respectively;(2)lightnegativeCeanomaly(0.85–1.02)andpositiveLaanomaly(0.92–1.27);and(3)bothEu(0.91–1.23)andY(1.42–2.38)expressinglightpositiveanomaly.Thecharacterindicatedthatthedepositionalenvironmentwasoxygenated,withinfectionbythehydrothermalactivityandcontaminationofdetritus.

  • 简介:Theisotopiccompositionofdissolvedinorganiccarbon(DIC)inestuarineenvironmentshasbeenstudiedforitssignificantroleindeterminingtheisotopiccompositionofinorganic/organicmatteranditsapplicationstothestudyofvariousnaturalprocesses.Inthispaper,basedonthestableisotopegeochemicalcharacteristicsofdissolvedinorganiccarbonintheJiulongRiverEstuary,thefollowingconclusionsaredrawn:(1)δ13CDICvaluesaremainlycontrolledbythemixingratiooffreshwaterandseawater;(2)δ13Cphytoplanktonvaluesarelinearlyrelatedtotheδ13CDICvalues;(3)δ13CPOMvaluesfortheJiulongRiverEstuaryareaffectedbyanthropogenicpollutionsignificantly;and(4)thecomprehensiveanalysisofδ13Cphytoplankton,δ13CPOMandδ13CDICshowsthatalongwithincreasingsalinity,theproportionofPOMderivedfromthedegradationofphytoplanktonsgraduallyincreases.

  • 简介:Objective:Theaimofthisstudywastoestablishtheriskscoringsystemtowardstheadvancedcolorectalneoplasm(CN)riskintheaverage-riskpopulationsinthesouthernJiangsuProvince,andtoevaluatethescreeningefficacy.Methods:Totally905casesoftheaverage-riskpopulationswhoreceivedthecolonoscopywereselectedastheobjective.Themultivariatelogisticregressionanalysismethodwasusedtoestablishthescoringsystemtowardstheoccurrenceriskoftheadvancedtumor,anditsscreeningefficacywasevaluatedthroughthepredictionconsistency,distinguishingabilityandscreeningaccuracy.Results:Thescoringsystemconsistedoffivevariables,namelyage,gender,coronaryheartdisease,eggintakeandstoolfrequency.Theresultsrevealedthatithadgoodpredictionconsistency(P=0.205)anddistinguishingability[theareaunderthereceiveroperatingcharacteristic(ROC)curvewas0.75,with95%confidenceinterval(95%CI)of0.69-0.82].Thus,2.5pointswassetasthescreeningcutoffvalue,anditssensitivity,specificity,accuracy,positivepredictivevalue,negativepredictivevalue,positivelikelihoodratioandnegativelikelihoodratiowere93.8%,47.6%,50.1%,9.1%,99.3%,1.79and0.13,respectively.Conclusions:Theestablishedscoringsystemhadgoodscreeningefficacy,andcanbeusedasthescreeningtoolapplyingtotheCNscreeningwithintheaverage-riskpopulationsinthesouthernJiangsuProvince.

  • 简介:Thisstudyinvestigatesdata-processingmethodsandexaminestheprecipitationeffectongravitymeasurementsattheDaligravitynetwork,establishedin2005.High-qualitygravitydatawerecollectedduringfourmeasurementcampaigns.Tousethegravitydatavalidly,somegeophysicalcorrectionsmustbeconsideredcarefully.Wefirstdiscussdata-processingmethodsusingweightedleastsquaresadjustmentwiththeconstraintoftheabsolutegravitydatum.Resultsindicatethatthegravityprecisioncanbeimprovedifallabsolutegravitydataareusedasconstraintsandifcalibrationfunctionsofrelativegravimetersaremodeledwithintheobservationfunction.Usingthisdata-processingscheme,themeanpointgravityprecisionisbetterthan12lgal.Afterdeterminingthebestdata-processingscheme,wethenprocessthegravitydataobtainedinthefourmeasurementcampaigns,andobtaingravitychangesinthreetimeperiods.Resultsshowthatthegravityhasaremarkablechangeofmorethan50lgalinthefirsttimeperiodfromApr–Mayof2005toAug–Septof2007.Tointerpretthelargegravitychange,ameanwatermasschange(0.6minheight)isassumedintheETOPO1topographicmodel.Calculationsoftheprecipitationeffectongravityshowthatitcanreachthesameorderoftheobservedgravitychange.ItisregardedasamainsourceoftheremarkablegravitychangeintheDaligravitynetwork,suggestingthattheprecipitationeffectongravitymeasurementsmustbeconsideredcarefully.
