简介:摘要:如今,消费者对质量的重视程度已经进入到一个严格而挑剔的阶段,人们更加青睐高质量、高品质的产品,因此,企业重视质量成本管理是顺应时代之举,是实现企业转型的必要选择。文章选取中国知网(CNKI)数据库1978—2022年与“质量成本管理”相关的1700多篇文献为样本,利用Cite Space软件绘制知识图谱,对质量成本管理的研究现状及趋势进行分析,并针对现有研究存在的问题提出建议,推动质量成本管理的相关研究对企业变革产生更大的驱动力。
