简介:摘要:目的:评价在诊断异位妊娠中应用经腹部B超与经阴道B超的价值。方法:以92例于本医院(常州市武进中医医院)功能科进行检查的异位妊娠患者为观察对象,观察进行时间是2019年3月到2020年4月,依据随机数字表法结果将所有对象平均分成两组(实验组进行经阴道B超,对照组进行经腹部B超),各有患者46例。比照两组的检查准确率与附件检出情况。结果:与对照组比照,实验组患者的检查准确率与各附件检出率均更高,均存在显著差异(P﹤0.05)。结论:相比于经腹部B超,在诊断异位妊娠中应用经阴道B超的检查效果更为理想,其检查准确率与各附件检出率均更高,具有推广应用的意义。
简介:摘要:目的:针对出现在妇产科的急腹症病人进行探究,分析结合腹部B超、阴道B超两种方式进行检测的实际效果。方法:我们此次实验共选择了120位病人进行探究,她们均来自妇产科且患有急腹症。借助两种检测方式对她们进行检查,之后分析腹部B超、阴道B超以及两种方式结合检测的结果,并对三者进行深入比较。结果:120位病人经过精确诊断后得出结果:黄体囊肿破裂、急性盆腔炎、卵巢肿瘤蒂扭转、异位妊娠的人数分别为17、13、22、68。将以上结论作为判断依据,据阴道B超诊断结果分析,120位病人中有20位病人的诊断结果有误,诊断准确率83.33%。据腹部B超诊断结果分析,120位病人中有30位病人的诊断结果错误,准确率为75%。据二者结合检测结果分析,有10位病人的诊断结果出现错误,准确率为91.67%。从这一结果来看,两种检测方式结合的检测效果要远比单一的检测结果更为准确。结论:在妇产科中,当为疑似患有急腹症的病人进行诊断时,不要仅采用腹部B超或者阴道B超进行检测,二者要结合使用才能提高检测的正确率,为更多的病人提供帮助。
简介:Inordertoinvestigatetheimmtmogenicityofthecontrolled-releasemicroencapsulatedhepatitisBvaccineinmice,polyethyleneglycol-poly-dl-lactide(PELA)microsphereswithentrappedHSsAgwerepreparedbydoubleemulsionW/O/Wbasedonsolventextractionmethods.BALB/cmicewereimmunizedwiththeencapsulatedvaccinebyoralfeedingorinjection.Bloodsampleswerecollectedat8^th,10^th,14^thand24^thweeks,respectively,andthelevelsofantibodyresponseweredetectedbyEI.ISA.Itwasfoundthatthescanningelectronmicroscopyshowedthepreparedmicrosphereshadsmoothandsphericalsurface,suitableforvaccinedelivery.Twogroupsofmiceorallyfedwiththeencapsulatedorconventionalrecombinantvaccines,respectively,theresereshowednoobviousdifferenceintheIgGlevels.At14^thweek,thegroupinjectedwithasingledoseofencapsulatedvaccinehadasimilarlevelofIgGresponsetothegroupinjectedwithtwodosesoftherecombinationvaccine.At24^thweek,theIgGlevelsofthegroupinjectedwithtwodosesofencapsulatedvaccinewerehigherthanthoseofthegroupinjectedwithtwodosesoftherecombinationvaccine.ItconcludesthatControlled-releasemicroencapsulatedhepatitisBvaccinepossessesthefeatureofslowlyreleasinginv/voandlongtimesimmtmogenicity.
简介:【摘要】目的:探讨妊娠晚期孕妇阴道B族链球菌感染青霉素钠治疗对降凝血功能及新生儿结局的影响。方法:抽取本院2017年6月-2020年5月时段内收治的妊娠晚期孕妇阴道B族链球菌感染患者共300例,以抽签法纳入对照组(150例)和实验组(150例)。对照组未采取预防性抗生素治疗,实验组采取青霉素钠治疗,比较患者血浆凝血指标、新生儿不良结局总发生率。结果:对照组血浆凝血指标较差于实验组,数据比较有意义(P<0.05)。实验组新生儿不良结局总发生率为5.33%,对照组为16.67%,数据比较有意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对妊娠晚期孕妇阴道B族链球菌感染患者,青霉素钠静脉滴注治疗方式,可显著改善机体凝血指标,还可预防或降低新生儿不良结局,可推广。

简介:【 摘要】 目的: 探索急性跟腱断裂修复新术式,改进传统治疗方案。方法: 针对前期研究中开放手术与经皮手术修复急性跟腱断裂的不足制定详细手术方案,应用术中超声检查辅助小切口微创修复治疗 2016年 1月至 2017年 1月期间我中心收治的 9例急性闭合性跟腱断裂患者。结果: 9例患者随访至少 16个月,所有患者于术后 12周随访时影像学检查示患肢跟腱连续性恢复良好,活动范围及肌力满意。术后 16周时, 9名患者都成功完成单足跳跃和重复提踵 30s。与对侧相比,踝关节背伸与趾屈角度丢失小于 10°。末次随访 9例患者 AOFAS评分平均 96.4分。其中一名患者出现术后切口疼痛并于数日内缓解,无其余严重术后并发症发生。结论: 术中 B超引导下小切口修复急性跟腱断裂手术方式简单,有效减少神经血管损伤概率,术后效果满意。
简介:Toinvestigatethematernal-infantileinfectionwithhumanparvovirusB19,theIgGandIgMantibodiesagainsthumanparvovirusandtheB19-DNAinserumandperipheralbloodmononuclearcells(PBMC)ofpregnantwomenaswellastheserumIgMantibodyagainstB19andtheB19-DNAinserumandcordbloodnucleatedcells(CBNC)ofnewbornsweredeterminedbyELISAandnestedPCRrespectively.ItwasfoundthatthepositiverateoftheIgGantibodyagainsthumanparvovirusB19inseraof92pregnantwomenwas38.04%(35/92),andthatoftheIgMantibodyin720pregnantwomenwas9.03%(65/720).However,theIgMantibodyagainsthumanparvovirasB19wasnegativeinthecordbloodseraof95newborns.AstothehumanparvovirasB19DNA,noneof720pregnantwomenand95newbornswasprovedtobepositiveintheirsera,Nevertheless,thepositiverateoftheparvovirasB19DNAinPBMCwas3.06%(3/98)in98pregnantwomenand1.12%(1/89)inCBNCof89newborns.ItisconcludedthatthehistoryofinfectionwithhumanparvovirasB19existsincertainpregnantwomenwithasmallpercentageofpregnantwomeninfectedwithrecentoracuteinfectionsofB19virus.ThedetectionratesoftheB19viralDNAinPBMCofpregnantwomenandCBNCofnewbornswerehigherthanthoseinsera,indicatingthattheriskforverticaltransmissionisverylow.
简介:Toinvestigatetheprotectiveeffectofepigallocatechingallate(EGCG)ontheimmunefunc-tionofdendriticcells(DCs)afterultravioletBirradiation(UVB)anditsunderlyingmechanisms,themonocyteswereisolatedfromperipheralbloodandcultivatedintoDCswithcytokines,suchasGM-CSFandIL-4.DCswereharvestedaftercultivationfor7dandsubjectedtoirradiationwithdifferentdosagesofUVB.Then,200μg/mlofEGCGwereaddedincertaingroupsimmediatelyafterirradiation.DCssimplytreatedwithUVBortreatedwithbothUVBandEGCGwereco-culturedwithlymphocytes,andMTFassaywasusedtodetecttheabilityofDCstostimulateproliferationoflymphocytes.SurfacemarkersCDS0,CD86,HLA-DRandCD40weredetectedbyflowcytometry,andthelevelsofIL-10andIL-12secretedfromDCs24haftercultivationweremeasuredbyELISA.ItwasdemonstratedthatUVBirradiationcouldinhibittheabilityofDCstostimulatetheproliferationoflymphocytesandsurfaceexpressionsofCDS0,CD86,HLA-DRandCD4onDCsinadose-dependentmanner.TheinhibitionrateofDCswasimprovedtosomeextentaftertreatmentwith200μg/mlofEGCG.Whentheconcentra-tionofEGCGexceeded100μg/ml,theenhancingeffectofEGCGontheexpressionoftheco-stimulat-ingmoleculesonDCscouldbedemonstratedinadose-dependentmanner.UVBshowednosignificantinfluenceonthesecretionofIL-10andIL-12fromDCs,whileEGCGcoulddown-regulatethesecretionlevelofIL-12andup-regulatethatofIL-10.ItisconcludedthatEGCGcanantagonizetheinhibitoryeffectonDCsinducedbyUVBirradiation.Thisfunctionhassomerelationshipwithitsprotectingeffectoftheexpressionoftheco-stimulatingmoleculeonthesurfaceofDCsandthesecretionlevelofIL-10andIL-12.
简介:Thereversetranscriptase(RT)proteinofhepatitisBvirus(HBV)hasbeensuccessfullyexpressedbyrecombinanttechnologyinEschericahiacoli(E.coli).Inthisstudyweaimedtodevelopasemi-quantitativeassayforthestudyofHBVRTproteinusingthissystem.CompleteHBVpolymerasegenefromawildtypevirus(rt306P)andthepolymerasegenefromamutant,withrt306Psubstitutedbyserine(rtP306S)wereseparatelyfusedtothemaltosebindingprotein(MBP)geneandexpressedinE.colirespectively.TheexpressionlevelsofHBVpolymerasegenesfromthewildtypevirusanditscounterpartmutantatrt306werecompared.Whentheseproteinsweresemi-quantifiedbyWesternblottingusingrabbitanti-TPserum,thertP306SmutantshoweddecreasedexpressionofMBP-HBVpolymerase.Bythismethod,wehaveshownthattheexpressionlevelofHBVRTcouldbeaffectedbysubstitutionsinitsaminoacidsequences,andthismethodcouldbeusedtostudythecharacteristicsofHBVRTprotein.
