简介:Inviewoftheimportanceofsolventextractionofrareearthmetalswiththeacidicorganophosphorousreagent,thedevelopmentofachemicallybasedmodelapplicabletohighconcentrationisdesired.Inthepresentstudy,theequilibriumdistributionofdysprosium(Ⅲ)betweenanaqueousnitricacidsolutionand2-ethylhexylphosphonicacidmono-2-ethylhexylester(PC88A)wasmeasuredintherangeofaninitialaqueousdysprosium(Ⅲ)concentrationfrom1.0×10-3to1.0×10-1kmol/m3andPC88Aconcentrationfrom0.16to0.65kmol/m3inShellsolD70asthediluent.Theobtaineddatawereanalyzedusingthechemicallybasedmodelinordertocorrelatetheequilibriumdistributionratios.Inthismodel,dysprosium(Ⅲ)wasassumedtobeextractedwiththePC88Adimerasa1:3complex,theactivitieswereconsideredfortheaqueousspecies,andtheeffectiveconcentrationofthePC88AdimerwascalculatedusingAlstad'sempiricalequation.Asaresult,theapparentextractionequilibriumconstantwasdeterminedtobe253(kmol·m-3)-2withanexcellentcorrelationbetweentheexperimentandcalculationresultsinthewiderangeofthelogarithmofthedistributionratiofrom-2to3.5.Inconclusion,themethodologyinthismodelwouldbeeffectiveforquantitativedescriptionofsolventextractionbehaviorofgeneralrareearthelementsaswellasdysprosium.
简介:Theflotabilityandmechanismofthecompositetantalite-niobitemineralswhichhavedifferentcontentoftheTa,Nb.Fe,Mnwithstyrenephosphonicacid(SPA)ascollectorareinvestigatedanddiscussed.Someimportantflotationparametersarefoundasfollows:SPAisabettercollectorforflotatingniobite-tantalitemineralthanother,theoptimumpHvalueinpulpislessthan5,theflotabilityofthosemineralsvarieswiththedifferentcontentofmineralcomposition,theflotabitityofthemineralswithhigherNb2O5contentisbetterthanthatwithhigherTa205content.HereweemphasizethatinwiderangeofpHinsolu-tiontheFe,Mnonthemineralsurfacesarethemainactivespeciesforflotationoftheseminerals.Inadditiontothis,someofre-searchworkbyusingAugerelectronspectroscopy,infraredspectroscopyandultravioletspectroscopyfordeterminingthesurfaceconditions,pretreatedbyacidornot,hasbeendone.ThecharacteristicsofadsorptionofSPAonthemineralsurfacesareexam-inedanddiscussed.ItisindicatedthattheSPAinteractswithFe,Mnionsonmineralsurfacesbythechemicalbondforce.Butonthewholeouterlayerofcollector,whichisnon-uniformmultilayer,itmaybesaidthattheadsorptionofSPAonthemineralsur-faceisbothchemico-adsorptionandphysico-adsorption,butthechemico-adsorptionispredominant.
简介:Thebinarycomplexesofeuropiumwithbenzoicacidanditsderivatives(phthalicacid,m-phthalicacid,o-aminobenzoicacid,salicylicacid,andsulfosalicylicacid)weresynthesizedandtheircompositionswereidentifiedbyelementalanalyses.UVandIRofthecomplexeshavebeeninvestigated.TheUVspectraindicatedthatthecomplexes'ultravioletabsorptionweremainlytheligands'absorption.TheIRspectrashowedthattheIRspectraofcomplexesaredifferentfromthoseoffreeligands.Thefluorescencepropertiesofthemwereinvestigatedbyusingluminescencespectroscopy,theresultsshowedthatonlythreecomplexesappearasbetterluminescence,theywereEu-benzoicacid,Eu-m-phthalicacidandEu-phthalicacid,whiletheothersexhibitedtheligands'widebandemission.
简介:ThetreatmentoftheGacuncomplexCu-PbbulkconcentratewithhighZn,Ag,etc.,byoxygenpressureacidleachingwasstudied.Theprimarycopperandleadmineralsintheconcentratearetetrahedriteandgalena.Thetreatmentoftetrahedritewasrarelystudied,andmostofsilveroccurredinthemineraltoo.Theoptimumoperatingparametersofoxygenpressureacidleachingwereestablishedbyconditionaltests.Undertheseparameters,theresultofpilotscaletestshowedthattheleachingpercentagesofcopperandzincwereseparatelyashighas98.9wt.%and94.9wt.%,whileleadandsilverweretransformedintosulfateandsulfideprecipitations,respectively.Thecopperandzincinlixiviumwerereclaimedbyextraction-electrowinningandpurification-electrowinning,respectively,andtheleadandsilverintheresiduewerereclaimedseparatelybycarbonatetransformation-silicofluoricacidleachingandthiourealeaching.

简介:AnewtypeofcomplexsolidsuperacidcatalystWO3-ZrO2-SO42-withanacidstrengthH0≤-16.04waspreparedbykneadingZr(OH)4oramorphousZrO2withtungsticacid(H2WO4)(W/Zr=0.15),followedbyexposingthiscomplexhydroxidesto0.5tool/LH2SO4,calcininginairat700~800℃for3h.ThiscatalystpossessesbothstrongBronstedacidityandstrongLewisacidityexperimentallyshowedbyIRobservationofpyridineabsorbedonit.XPSandAEStechniqueswereemployedtoexaminethevalencestatesoftungsten,zirconium,sulfurandtheirinteractions.Thestructureofsulfurspecieswasstudiedbyinfraredspectroscopyandastructuremodelofactivesitewasproposedupontheseresults.
