简介:摘要:三尖瓣反流是心脏疾病中一类以瓣膜病变为主的疾病。健康人也存在生理性三尖瓣反流,但病理性的三尖瓣反流虽然早期临床表现不明显,若不及时干预,进展到晚期时会出现严重的心力衰竭,危机患者生命。超声心动图对于三尖瓣反流的诊断有着举足轻重的作用。但二维超声心动图对于三尖瓣反流的诊断存在一定缺陷,会对诊断结果、临床治疗及预后产生一定的不确定性。三维超声心动图的逐渐问世于临床,其在一些方面弥补了二维超声心动图的技术缺陷,为明确三尖瓣反流的病因机制、指导临床治疗和做出预后评估提供了详细的线索。
