简介:常用的抗干扰控制方法依赖于对象的精确模型,这对受不确定负载干扰影响的系统是不现实的。PID控制虽然不依赖于对象的模型,但其抗干扰能力不强。针对这一问题,设计了不依赖对象模型的自抗扰控制器,并搭建了模拟受随机负载干扰的电液位置伺服控制系统实验台;然后基于自抗扰控制器,在该实验台上分析研究了该电液位置伺服控制系统的性能。
简介:针对液压伺服系统的机、电、液耦合特征,引人分布式仿真软件AMESim对液压伺服阀控缸系统进行建模。并通过对仿真模型注人各类故障信息,利用仿真软件优良的计算性能计算出系统的响应,通过分析仿真结果,获得系统异常表现与系统元件故障之间的联系。仿真结果作为实际系统的故障诊断样本。结果证明该类仿真完全能够模拟实际系统的各类故障响应。
