简介:【摘要】目的:探析核医学诊断在原发性甲状腺功能亢进症的价值。方法:将我院在2019年1月至2020年1月确诊的原发性甲状腺功能亢进症患者32例作为研究对象,在整理临床资料后,分别运用核医学诊断和常规超声诊断来进行检查,且将前者结果命名为观察组,后者结果命名为对照组。对两组阳性检出率进行确定。结果:观察组患者的阳性检出率明显高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:在原发性甲状腺功能亢进症的诊断中,运用核医学检查,阳性检出率较高,敏感性较强,可将其进行临床推广。
简介:[摘要] 核医学科由于涉核,具有较其他学科不一样的特殊性,且核医学缺乏趣味性,临床学员对核医学专业知识知之甚少,通过线下建立并学习核医学病例数据库,可以夯实学员的基础理论知识,增加学员学习兴趣,线上通过手机APP等引导学员可以充分利用碎片化时间,进行专业知识的学习,线上通过微信、QQ等社交软件时时进行典型病例讨论,如此线上线下融合的教学模式顺利执行,可促进学员对核医学专业知识及相关专业知识的掌握,同时激发学员学习的积极性,提高学员病例分析判断能力,使核医学教学的质量得以提高,最终为未来核医学教学工作提供全新的教学模式。 [关键词] 核医学;教学;方法;线上;线下; Practice of online and offline fusion teaching mode in nuclear medicine teaching LIU Xiaofei1 ZHOU En2 ZHOU Xiaohong1AI Zixuan1BAO Pengtao3 ▲ 1.
