  • 简介:Thispaperpresentsanewfuzzymultiplecriteria(bothqualitativeandquantitative)decision-making(MCDM)methodbasedonfuzzyrelationaldegreeanalysis.Theconceptsoffuzzysettheoryareusedtoconstructaweightedsuitabilitydecisionmatrixtoevaluatetheweightedsuitabilityofdifferentalternativesversusvariouscriteria.Thepositiveidealsolutionandnegativeidealsolutionarethenobtainedbyusingamethodofrankingfuzzynumbers,andthefuzzyrelationaldegreesofdifferentalternativesversuspositiveidealsolutionandnegativeidealsolutionarecalculatedbyusingtheproposedarithmetic.Finally,therelativerelationaldegreesofvariousalternativesversuspositiveidealsolutionarerankedtodeterminethebestalternative.Anumericalexampleisprovidedtoillustratetheproposedmethodattheendofthispaper.

  • 简介:Amongtheavailableclusteringalgorithmsindatamining,theCLOPEalgorithmattractsmuchmoreattentionwithitshighspeedandgoodperformance.However,theproperchoiceofsomeparametersintheCLOPEalgorithmdirectlyaffectsthevalidityoftheclusteringresults,whichisstillanopenissue.Forthispurpose,thispaperproposesafuzzyCLOPEalgorithm,andpresentsamethodfortheoptimalparameterchoicebydefiningamodifiedpartitionfuzzydegreeasaclusteringvalidityfunction.TheexperimentalresultswithrealdatasetillustratetheeffectivenessoftheproposedfuzzyCLOPEalgorithmandoptimalparameterchoicemethodbasedonthemodifiedpartitionfuzzydegree.

  • 简介:Theevaluationmethodanditsaccuracyforevaluatingcomplexsystemsareconsidered.Inordertoevaluateaccuratelycomplexsystems,theexistedevaluatingmethodsaresimplyanalyzed,andanewcomprehensiveevaluatingmethodisdeveloped.ThenewmethodisintegrationofDelphiapproach,analytichierarchyprocess,grayinterconnectdegreeandfuzzyevaluation(DHGF).Itstheoryfoundationisthemeta-synthesismethodologyfromqualitativeanalysistoquantitativeanalysis.Accordingtofuzzysetapproach,usingthemethodsofconcordanceofevaluation,redundantverify,doublemodelsredundant,andlimitationsofthemethodetc,theaccuracyofevaluatingmethodofDHGFisestimated,andapracticalexampleisgiven.Theresultshowsthatusingthemethodtoevaluatecomplexsystemprojectsisfeasibleandcredible.

  • 简介:Intheprocessofconceptdesignoffshoreplatforms,itisnecessarytoselectthebestfromfeasiblealternativesthroughcomparisonandfiltering.Fuzzyoptimalselectioninmultiplestagesisanusefulmethodinengineeringdecisionmaking,hutinsomecases,itisdifficulttomakeadistinctionbetweenthefirstalternativeandthesecond.Thereforeitisnecessarytoimprovethefuzzyoptimalselectionmethodwithmultiplestages.Inthispaper,usingfuzzycrossiterationoptimalmodeling,theweightsensitivityanalysisismadefirstly.Thenaseconddecision-makingmethodtosolvefuzzyoptimalproblemsisproposed.Itsbasicprincipleistheinversereasoninginmathematics.Thismethodexpandstheappliedrangeoffuzzyoptimalselection.Finallythismethodisusedintheconceptdesignofoffshoreplatform.Acasestudyshowsthatthismethodisscientific,reasonableandeasytouseinpractice.
