简介:摘要:目的:探讨智能急救信息系统与脑卒中现场评估分诊量表相结合在脑卒中患者院前急救中的临床应用价值。方法:收集2021年1月至2022年12月在应急指挥中心接受治疗的102例脑卒中患者的临床数据。根据患者随附的病历表,他们被随机分为对照组和观察组。采用智能急救系统和FAST量表进行院前急救的49例患者作为观察组,采用常规院前急救和转运的53例患者作为对照组。比较两组患者的应急反应时间、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分、Barthel指数(BI)评分和改良(MRS)评分。结果:与对照组相比,观察组患者从就诊到影像学检查和专科治疗的时间明显缩短,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);观察组入院后经专科(神经内科或神经外科)治疗14天后NIHSS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P
