简介:为明确SOC1基因在叶片中的生理作用,克隆到烟草中SOC1基因的完整开放阅读框,全长806bp。农杆菌介导转化烟草后,获得26棵转基因植株,其中23棵鉴定为阳性植株,转化率为88.46%。与野生型烟草K326相比,获得的SOC1过表达烟株开花提前,株高增加,叶片宽大。半定量RT-PCR结果显示,SOC1过表达不影响叶片中Rubisco大亚基、蔗糖磷酸合成酶和蔗糖合成酶基因的表达水平,但提高了抗坏血酸氧化酶的表达水平;提高了碳酸酐酶活性、蔗糖含量和还原性抗坏血酸含量,并降低了抗坏血酸过氧化物酶活性。表明SOC1可能通过影响氧化还原状态而提高碳酸酐酶活性和光合速率。
简介:Thestudyofnucleonresonanceisanimportanttopicinhadronphysics.Themostimportantwaytostudythenucleonresonancesisthecollisionofthephotonandnucleon.Uptonow,theknowledgeaboutthenucleonresonancesaround2GeVisstillscarce.Recently,theCLASCollaborationatJeffersonNationalAcceleratorFacilityreleasedtheirexclusivephotoproductioncrosssectionsfortheΛ(1520),Σ0(1385)andΛ(1405)forenergiesfromnearthresholduptoacenterofmassenergyWof2.85GeVwithlargerangeoftheKproductionangle[1].SincethethresholdforthephotoproductionofΛ(1520)isabout2.01GeV,thenewexperimentaldatawithhighprecisionreleasedbytheCLASCollaborationprovideanopportunitytostudythenucleonresonancesabove2GeV.
简介:ThecompleteopenreadingframeofOsPIN1awasamplifiedthroughreversetranscriptase-polymerasechainreaction(RT-PCR)basedonthesequencedepositedinGenBanktoexploretherelationshipbetweentheauxineffluxproteinOsPIN1aandthenegativephototropismofriceroots.SequencingresultsshowedthattheGCcontentofOsPIN1awas65.49%.ThefusionexpressionvectorpCAMBIA-1301-OsPIN1a::GFPcontainingtheOsPIN1ageneandacodinggreenfluorescentprotein(gfp)genewasconstructed.ThefusionvectorwastransferredintoonionepidermalcellsbyAgrobacteriumtumefacienstransformation.ThetransientexpressionofOsPIN1a-GFPwasmainlylocatedinthenucleusandcellmembrane.Moreover,thetransgenicplantswereobtainedbyAgrobacterium-mediatedgenetictransformation.MoleculardetectionperformedbyusingPCRandβ-glucuronidasestainingshowedthatthetargetconstructwasintegratedintothegenomeofrice.Thenegativephototropiccurvaturesofthetransgenicricerootswerehigherthanthoseofthewildtype.Similarly,theexpressionlevelsofOsPIN1ainthetransgenicplantswereconsiderablyhigherthanthoseinthewild-typeplants.TheseresultssuggestthatOsPIN1aiscrucialinthenegativephototropiccurvatureofriceroots.

简介:摘要股骨头无菌坏死,是骨科常见病,中西医治疗都比较棘手,笔者用中医理论,对一例双侧股骨头无菌坏死患者跟踪治疗12年,取得较理想的疗效,为治疗股骨头坏死的治疗,积累了一点经验。
简介:资料患者,男性,57岁。半年前右下腹钝痛,无恶心、呕吐、腹胀、腹泻及发热。此后反复发作,考虑慢性阑尾炎。近日因右下腹痛加重入院。查体:体温36.2℃,腹平软,右下腹有深压痛,无反跳痛及肌紧张,未触及明显包块。白细胞数计数8.18×109/L,中性粒细胞87.4%,淋巴细胞12.6%,癌胚抗原2.58ng/mL(参考值:0-5.20ng/mL),甲胎蛋白3.2ng/mL(参考值:0~10.5ng/mL),超敏C反应蛋白50.6mg/L(参考值:0-8.0mg/L)。超声检查:右下腹见椭圆形无回声团块(图1),大小为73mm×34mm×31mm,外形欠规则,边界清晰,其内透声好,后方回声增强,彩色多普勒血流成像(colorDopplerflowimaging,CDFI)未见明显彩色血流信号。超声诊断:右下腹囊肿,性质待定。CT平扫+增强示右下腹囊性占位,大小约2.9cm×3.7cm。结肠镜见盲肠腔外隆起物,考虑来源于阑尾。临床术前诊断:回盲部占位,阑尾黏液囊腺瘤可能。入院第5天在全身麻醉下行剖腹探查术,术中见阑尾肿大,长9cm,最宽处3.6cm,阑尾与末端回肠系膜粘连。因考虑阑尾肿瘤,行回盲部切除术,术后恢复良好。病理诊断:阑尾黏液囊肿(appendicealmucocele,AM)(图2),慢性结肠炎伴淋巴组织增生及出血。
